Therapy approaches built for ADHD adults
Every service we offer is designed around how your brain actually works — not how someone thinks it should work. No cookie-cutter treatment plans. No shame. Just practical support that meets you where you are.
We'll help you figure it out.
Most people aren't sure which approach is right for them when they first reach out. That's normal. Call us or fill out the contact form, and our care coordinator will talk through your situation and help you find the right fit.

Each approach is evidence-based, ADHD-informed, and designed to give you practical skills you can use this week — not just insight you sit with for months.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one support using CBT, ACT, and ADHD coaching. Build personal systems around executive function, emotional regulation, and the patterns that keep you stuck. 50-minute sessions, weekly or biweekly.
Couples Counseling
Gottman Method therapy for partners navigating ADHD dynamics. Break the parent-child pattern, rebuild communication, and learn to be on the same team again. 75-90 minute sessions.
Group Therapy — Flagship Service
Weekly 90-minute skills group for 6-10 adults with ADHD. Peer accountability, shared experience, and practical tools in a room full of people who actually get it. Two therapists per group.
Family Therapy
For households navigating ADHD across generations. Parents with ADHD, adult siblings, parent-adult child dynamics. Break communication patterns and build shared understanding. 80-minute sessions.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Structured 6-8 week program with multiple weekly sessions. For adults who need more support than weekly therapy — without hospitalization. Skills-based, with group and individual components.
Not Sure?

What all of our approaches have in common
Skills-based, not just talk
Every session includes something concrete you can try between appointments. We care about insight, but we care more about change you can see in your actual life.
ADHD-informed throughout
Every therapist on our team understands ADHD from more than a textbook. We've seen the patterns, we've worked with them for years, and we know what actually helps.
Flexible scheduling
Evening and weekend sessions available. In-person in Pasadena or telehealth across California. We work around your life, not the other way around.
Same-day appointments
When you're ready to start, we get you in fast. Most people have their first session within a week. Same-day appointments are often available for new clients.
You don't need to know exactly what you need to reach out.
That's what we're here for. Call or fill out the contact form and our care coordinator will help you figure out which approach — or combination of approaches — makes sense for where you are right now.
